Course Flyover

Nestled in the Gypsum Valley, Gypsum Creek Golf Course is a Pete Dye designed 18 hole Championship course for players of all caliber. Spread out over a steep, sage-covered mesa, this challenging course beguiles golfers with splendid natural scenery and a bit of deception. The signature fiteenth hole is a daunting par-5 that exceeds 550 yards from the back tees and is almost never reached in two shots thanks to the prevailing winds. From there on, steep drop offs and tough angles are the status quo for this truly spectacular course.

The course opened as Cotton Ranch Golf Club in 1997, a semi-private country club. In January 2010, the Town of Gypsum completed the purchase of the course and subsequently renamed it. Operating now as a fully public facility, Gypsum Creek is located 35 miles west of Vail and offers the longest golf season in the Eagle Valley. Be sure to take a moment during your round to enjoy Gypsum Creek which travels throughout the golf course and the spectacular views of the Red Table Mountains.
